This is a standard Dell OEM XP Pro Service Pack 3 installation CD that I added SATA drivers to so I could install XP on an Inspiron 1525 laptop that originally came with Vista.
It's been burn tested and install tested. This is just the XP CD and doesn't include the other drivers, so be sure to round those up before installing off this disc.
If you have a newer Dell (SATA HD) and an untouched XP CD starts the installation screen and then gives you the No Disk Drives Found error, this is what you need.
